Getting a Quote & Booking the Job
Step 1: As with all our services, start by sending us 3-4 pictures using our quote request form, WhatsApp, or email. We’ll get back to you with an initial quote within 24-48 hours, so you can book an appointment to visit our showroom & workshops.
Step 2: If needed, we’ll email you an updated quote. Once we have your deposit, we’ll book you for 8-12 weeks ahead. For a specific week, please talk to our Workshop Manager.
Step 3: Next, we’ll book a site visit to take all door, vinyl, and splashback measurements, plus the size of the clear glass splashback required behind the hob. While your doors are being manufactured, you’ll send us your colour and vinyl choices four weeks before our first visit.
Step 4: Prior to our arrival, please prepare the kitchen by clearing worktops and emptying drawers, open shelves, and glazed units.
The Full Kitchen Makeover Process in Exeter & the South West
Day 1: We’ll remove your doors and drawers. Then, we’ll prepare the fixed components as well as the worktops and tiles by degreasing them and having them chemically and mechanically keyed. New soft-close hinges and drawers are fitted.
Day 2: The fixed parts of you kitchen will be masked up, and we’ll complete spraying. The kitchen will be out of action for the day and night.
Day 3: We’ll fit and align the new finished doors and drawers, plus any new handles.
Day 4: Vinyl Wrapping is completed, starting with your worktops. We’ll use any time left to get sockets and/or tiled areas ready for the splashbacks.
Day 5: The splashback is installed over your tiles and vinyl wrapped, followed by a clear glass splashback behind your hob. Finally, we’ll apply silicone to all necessary areas. All done!
