If cared for finish can last up to 10 years. All our work is guaranteed for 2 years, where we will come and rectify any issues, No Fuss. We also supply a touch up kit so any damage can be rectified with minimal effort.

When can work start?

We are usually booked a minimum of 8 weeks in advance year-round, On occasion we can fit customers in sooner depending on size and location of their kitchen. Or when another job that is reliant on other trades finishing before we start are behind schedule.

Will I have to be at home?

It is totally up to you, we only need access the property for our 3 site visits. We will be spraying the fixed components on the second of the site visits, the kitchen will be out of action during this day. Other than that particular day your kitchen will be fully functional. You won't even have to empty the cupboards!

Is it messy?

We use Festool sanders and dust extractors when preparing the kitchen. When spraying we use specialist equipment that minimises the overspray. The kitchen is also masked up and the fumes are extracted. We can change your kitchen to look like new, with minimal mess and depending on size an average of 3 visits. Resurfacing your kitchen is a lower cost and lower disruption option than a full refurb.

What will I have to do?

We ask if you could: Empty all drawers, open shelving/glazed units that are being sprayed. Clear the worktops. To avoid any delays in completion,

And: if you could supply the colour and final decision on handles one week prior to our first visit.

Finally: If a kitchen has not been cleaned for some time, we recommend getting a professional cleaner prior to work starting. We always clean and degrease and fully prepare the kitchen sa part of the service. But we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning.

I have pets is this an issue?

No, we love pets and work in a variety of homes with a variety of pets. We do ask they are not in the area while we are working for safety and to avoid unwanted hairs in the finish! Your pets will be given the utmost consideration.

Question 11

What colours are available?

You can have any colour you want. All you need to do is provide us with a paint manufacturer and the name of their paint (for instance, Farrow & Ball, Little green or RAL). Or you can have a colour match - for instance, if you have a new blinds or you love the colour of your crockery, give us a sample and we can respray your kitchen cabinets the same colour! we also offer a various sheen levels.

What about sheen, does it affect the colour?

Yes, the higher the sheen the lighter your chosen colour will look. We are happy to go through this and bring samples to a site visit when requested.

Question 13

How many coats do you apply?

We apply 2 primer coats and 2 top coats as a minimum, we use specialist kitchen and furniture paint designed for durability and longevity.

What about the fixed parts of the kitchen (end panels etc)

In general we only take away the doors and drawers to our workshop. All the remaining parts; end panels, plinth, cornice, pelmet, wine racks etc will all be sprayed in place when we return with the finished doors. We mask up extensively and use an extraction system to control dust and any fumes.

Do you paint the inside wooden kitchen cupboards?

Most of our customers prefer to leave them unfinished, there are other options which we can discuss with you.

Can we change the handles?

Yes, changing the handles can complete the finish of your new kitchen we will help you in any way possible to make sure you get the finish you want.

Do you spray the underside of wall cabinets?

Only if the cabinet bottom is visible (due to the height) although we can spray them all but this will incur and additional cost to are standard service.

How do I look after my newly painted kitchen?

We ask you wash with warm soapy water. We supply full instructions on completion or if requested.

Do you offer a door replacement service?

Yes we do please visit the replacement kitchen doors tab and see what we offer. We can also paint the rest of your kitchen to match the door colour and complete the look. This combination works well when you feel your door style is dated but the rest of the kitchen is sound.
