When you replace your kitchen doors in Exeter and the South West with us, you’ll get a two-year guarantee! This gives you peace of mind and covers both workmanship and product. Your doors are manufactured and sprayed by the time we start on site.
Your Replacement Kitchen Door Journey Begins
Step 1: Send us photos of your kitchen using the quote request form, WhatsApp, or email. We’ll email you a quote within 24-48 hours.
Step 2: Book an appointment to our showroom, spray workshop, and wood workshop to meet the team and see finishes and upgrades. We’ll email you an updated quote.
Step 3: Once we’ve received your deposit, we’ll book you in for our next available slot, normally 8-12 weeks ahead. Talk to our Workshop Manager if you need a specific week.
Step 4: We book a site visit to take all measurements and discuss any potential issues. Next, your doors are designed, and production begins on CNC.
Step 5: Choose your colour scheme and handles. We need colour choices four weeks before our first visit. Handles need to be ready on the first day. We can also upgrade to soft-close hinges and drawer runners, so let us know at this stage if you want these.
The Full Replacement Kitchen Doors Process in Exeter
Before we arrive, please clear all worktops and empty drawers and open shelving and glazed units. Move any furniture items/pictures close to end panels or kitchen areas we need to access.
Day 1: We start by removing existing doors and drawers and preparing the fixed components on site. They are thoroughly degreased, chemically and mechanically keyed, and any repairs made. Next, we start masking. You won’t be able to use your kitchen that evening.
Day 2: We mask up your kitchen’s fixed parts and complete spraying using our specialist primers and topcoat. Again, you can’t use the kitchen that day and night.
Day 3: We fit and align the new finished doors and drawers, as well as any new handles. Finally, we inspect the whole kitchen and hand over to you!
